Cancellation Policy
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, your order may already be in processing and therefore cannot be changed. Cancellations within the allowed window will be refunded within 10 business days.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns of unused items in perfect condition, in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. However, due to logistical and operational considerations, we do not issue refunds for used or mishandled items, nor for products purchased through final sale promotions or "last chance" offers — these sales are considered final and non-refundable.
To initiate a return, please email us within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return. All returns must be pre-approved by our team before sending your item back. Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and include your name and order number to ensure smooth processing. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where items arrive damaged. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once your return is received, please allow up to 10 business days for inspection. If approved, refunds may take up to 40 business days from the approval date to appear. If you do not see the refund after confirmation, we recommend contacting your financial institution.
All refunds are issued in U.S. Dollars (USD) based on the original transaction. Any exchange rate differences or conversion fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Items
An item is considered damaged if it arrives with a manufacturing defect or is physically broken. Packaging damage (such as dented boxes) with a product in good condition is not classified as a defect.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. Once reviewed, we may issue a replacement at no additional cost. Damage from normal wear, misuse, or mishandling is not covered by our return policy.
Shipping and Delivery
While we aim to dispatch all orders in a timely manner, we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen external factors. If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the courier directly. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they leave our facility.
